Tiro Lodge is positioned within the Arapata Estate 3kms from Havelock North and opposite the Birdswood Gallery. 25 mins from Napier airport and close to many of Hawke’s Bay’s best wineries, golf courses, restaurants and beaches

Though it is only 3 kilometers from the small village of Havelock North, overwhelming feeling one gets when walking into Tiro is pure peace and calm. 2 bedrooms with ensuites at either end of the house. A large sitting, dining room and kitchen.

Tiro is up a long Plane tree driveway on the Arapata estate. There is ample parking when you arrive. Walk in the front door and foyer, and you are greeted with a large open plan sitting room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen with everything you will need to be self- contained. There is a sheltered private deck at the back with table and chairs and a bbq. Either end of the house through large cedar sliding doors, are the bedrooms. These have king beds that can be split into singles. they both have wardrobes and lovely tiled ensuites, with shower, toilet, basin and mirror. All of the rooms open out through large sliding doors onto a large open deck at the front of the house. The views looking out through the camphor tree down over the rural farmland are beautiful.

Guest access Guests have full access of the whole house and garden Other things to note No.parties unless agreed to, and quiet hours are from 10pm till 8am. Pets may be allowed on agreement. The driveway is shared and is narrow so care must be taken. There is a lovely cafe/gallery called Birdswood at the bottom of the drive, and the limestone bike/walkway runs past our front gate into the village.
