Arapata Lodge is positioned within the Arapata Estate 3kms from Havelock North and opposite the Birdswood Gallery. 25 mins from Napier airport and close to many of Hawke’s Bay’s best wineries, golf courses, restaurants and beaches

Check in 3pm, check out 11am

Property Rental

• Arapata Lodge has a minimum rental of 2 nights except over the Christmas
  and New Year period where it is 5 nights.
• First morning breakfast provisions are provided.
• No smoking in the house and no parties.
• Special request for your dog.

Payment

Online banking or Visa/Mastercard (3% is added on using credit card)
A valid credit card is required to secure & confirm all bookings

Terms and cancellations

• A deposit of overnight accommodation is required to secure your reservation.
  The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date incurs 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
• Cancelation within 14 days of arrival date incurs 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

If we are unable to replace the cancelled booking, then these charges will apply.

Rooms

• 3 king bedrooms within the lodge and the forth above the barn.
• Of the 3 lodge bedrooms, one has an ensuite, the other 2 share the second bathroom which also has a bath.
• The forth bedroom above the barn has it’s own ensuite.
• Two of the lodge bedrooms have king beds, the third can be 2 singles or 1 king, the forth bedroom can be 3 king singles or 1 king and 1 single.
• There is also a third separate guest toilet.

Technology

Sky TV, iPod connection, wireless broadband, internet connection – no charge.

Cooking

Fully equipped kitchen complete with electric oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and gas BBQ.

Laundry

Full laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities

Outside

The lodge has two decks, one opening to the front of the house with small outside dining option, sun umbrella & loungers, looking out over the guest garden, pergola with another large 10 seater table with chairs, including the outside bath area & petanque. The rear deck is private, has another outside dining table and gas BBQ. Surrounded by native plantings and catching the late evening sun. Lots of parking.

Additional

The siting room has an open fire place for that special feeling. We offer extra bedrooms in the main homestead for larger groups.
