We have two fully self contained houses exclusively yours. Both are unique in their character & beautifully appointed in their style, furnishings, kitchenware and amenities to give you a luxurious, restful private and exclusive stay.

Arapata Lodge

Rooms
- 3 king bedrooms within the lodge and the forth above the barn.
- Of the 3 lodge bedrooms, one has an ensuite, the other 2 share the second bathroom which also has a bath.
- The forth bedroom above the barn has it’s own ensuite.
- Two of the lodge bedrooms have king beds, the third can be 2 singles or 1 king, the forth bedroom can be 3 king singles or 1 king and 1 single.
- There is also a third separate guest toilet.
Technology
Sky TV, iPod connection, wireless broadband, internet connection – no charge.
Cooking
Fully equipped kitchen complete with electric oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and gas BBQ.
Laundry
Full laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities
Outside
The lodge has two decks, one opening to the front of the house with small outside dining option, sun umbrella & loungers, looking out over the guest garden, pergola with another large 10 seater table with chairs, including the outside bath area & petanque. The rear deck is private, has another outside dining table and gas BBQ. Surrounded by native plantings and catching the late evening sun. Lots of parking.

The sitting room has an open fire place for that special feeling. We offer extra bedrooms in the main homestead for larger groups.

- 4 king bedrooms – one with ensuite, 2 share an ensuite, another detached from the lodge (at end of the carport) with ensuite.
- There is also a third separate guest toilet.
- Two of the king beds can be split for twin occupancy and there is a foldout for a third bed.

Bluetooth speakers connected throughout the living areas, Sky TV, wireless broadband, internet connection – no charge.
Cooking
Fully equipped kitchen with large open gas hobs, microwave, large dish drawer.
Laundry
Full laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
Outside
Veranda with seating overlooking rural vista with views across the plains, rear private courtyard with outdoor dining and gas BBQ, expansive lawns with plenty of parking.
Additional
Ngamoe has large airy living spaces, with various options for up to 40 guests, for small functions, private dinners and all-day meetings.
Onsite catering can deliver a specially designed menu for each specific occasion.
